| Dear Mr & Mrs Ingle, As previously notified to you I now confirm that the Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 10 September 2017. The meeting commences at 11.00 am. Registration must be completed by 10.45 am in order for the meeting to start on time. Please arrive in plenty of time. The meeting venue is Citrus Hotel, Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry, West Midlands, CV8 3DY (Changed name from Holiday Inn). All the necessary papers for the meeting are available for you to read or download at www.losclavelesowners.eu. Please bring your papers to the meeting as it is not possible for them to be distributed on the day. Your vote is extremely important. There is an Attendance / Proxy Form available. Please complete this form and return immediately. There are notes of guidance and explanatory notes. Please read them carefully. If you wish to stay at the Hotel the night before the meeting we have obtained a special rate of £70 per room which includes breakfast. (Tel. +44 (0)2476 301585) The order of business for the meeting is stated on the Agenda. You will see that it includes the Arbitration Award, which we only received hours prior to this note being written. The meeting will be considering how the successful findings can be used to ensure the future of the Club now that the Club’s ownership and management has been legally secured. Please read the Arbitration Report prior to attending the meeting. I am sure you will be pleased that everyone’s hard work and dedication has borne fruit after a very long and arduous journey. My thanks to everyone who played a part. I have to give a note of warning. In the past, WimPen / Onagrup via Mr Pengelly have tried to disrupt and influence our meetings by sending out letters to you, via the Club’s Member Register. WimPen and Onagrup are no longer the Management Company or Administrator for the Club. You must ignore such communications. Please join us on 10th September and not only catch up on all the news but make some decisions to progress the Club further. There will be a question and answer session with the Committee and Advisors after the meeting. You may pay your maintenance fees at the end of the meeting. Please note that you must not pay WimPen as it is no longer the Club Administrator. In fact they have been ordered to return all Club monies.
