| Dear Club Member I have received a letter sent to all Club Members from WimPen, signed by German Castro who is also the Managing Director of Onagrup. This letter distorts the true facts in order to justify their position of illegally holding on to your resort. You will know that the Committee has placed a report on Arbitration with the papers for the Annual General Meeting on 10 September 2017. These papers can be obtained at https://www.losclavelesowners.eu. There will be a full debate at the AGM and for those that cannot attend a report on the meeting will follow soon afterwards. Please do not believe what you read in the WimPen letter without checking the facts. A very important issue here is that WimPen admit that they no longer have a contract to manage the Club. They continue to use the Club Membership Register having been ordered to hand it back to the Club. They continue to refuse to hand back Club property having been ordered to do so. They have conspired to influence the Trustees (FNTC) in not cooperating with the Club. At the start of this process we were informed that Onagrup would starve the Club of funds and we would not be able to use the law to gain back control of the Resort. This is why they are attempting to continue the dispute as long as possible and why the maintenance fees are so important to them. Please ask yourselves two Questions: 1. What has the Committee to gain by this dispute, other than a headache? 2. What has Onagrup got to gain by spending thousands on this dispute and locking people out of their apartments?
