This reply from RCI’s Company Secretary confirms that a temporary manual system to assist Los Claveles owners who wish to exchange has now been put in place to accept proof of payment of maintenance fees to the Club.  A similar positive stance is being taken by Dial An Exchange and Club La Costa.
