| Dear Owner It has been brought to my attention that the majority of Club members have had, or will shortly receive a communication from Ona Wimpen. Members have reported that these are of a threatening nature. The communications, which may differ slightly, apparently are demanding payments or the owners week(s) will be taken from them. I will write again shortly with details. You will be aware from previous communications from me that Ona WimPen are acting illegally and that Ona WimPen have no contract with the Club to operate or involve themselves in Club business in any way. It is clear to me that Ona WimPen are stepping up their threats to Club members because there are several legal matters in Spain that are troubling them. My advice is to stay firm. It would help if you did the following: Reply to Ona WimPen stating: 1 Ona WimPen is not the Club Administrator and has no contract with the Club. You have no right to demand maintenance fees for Club Weeks. 2 You have no right to block my weeks or threaten to cancel my week(s) 3 Your communication has been regarded as a threat and thereby liable to be reported to the authorities. PLEASE NOTE: Club invoices will be sent out shortly by me on behalf of Hiro Bulchand the Club Administrator who was elected by yourselves at a General Meeting in 2016. Please support the Club and its actions to return the Club to its members by paying your maintenance fees to the bank account of Club Los Claveles limited. Under no circumstances must you pay Ona WimPen as this will only lengthen the duration of the dispute. Thank you in anticipation of your continued support. Keep Safe. |
