| Dear Owners, Please be advised that WimPen has lost its Appeal against the Arbitration in the Court of Session in Scotland. This is an important milestone in our campaign to regain control of our resort and I thank all our owners for their patience and resilience in the face of so many challenges. Justice has now been served. Please be aware that the committee is still bound by confidentiality. It is allowed to tell the owners the result as it acts on their behalf but it can tell no one else until the Arbitratrator issues his final order and the appeal time of 20 days for this has ended.
